Saf PVC; beyaz, sert ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan bir malzeme olarak bilinir. Polietilen (PE) ve polipropilenden (PP) sonra d\u00fcnyada en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc polimerdir. Farkl\u0131 end\u00fcstrilerde y\u0131ll\u0131k PVC \u00fcretimi yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 milyon ton civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. PVC\u2019nin kimyasal yap\u0131s\u0131 (C\u2082H\u2083Cl)\u2099 form\u00fcl\u00fcyle ifade edilir ve vinil klor\u00fcr monomerinin (VCM) polimerizasyonu ile elde edilir. PVC\u2019nin polimerizasyon derecesi genellikle 300 ile 1500 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir. Yap\u0131s\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k %57 oran\u0131nda klor bulunmas\u0131, PVC\u2019nin hidrokarbon kaynaklar\u0131na olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Giri\u015f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PVC, temel olarak iki ana tipe ayr\u0131l\u0131r: sert PVC (Rigid PVC veya uPVC) ve yumu\u015fak PVC (Flexible PVC). Sert PVC, plastikle\u015ftirici i\u00e7ermeyen bir yap\u0131ya sahiptir ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, PVC boru, profil ve levha \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Yumu\u015fak PVC ise PVC plastikle\u015ftiricilerinin eklenmesiyle elde edilir ve y\u00fcksek esnekli\u011fi sayesinde kau\u00e7uk yerine kullan\u0131labilir. Yumu\u015fak PVC\u2019nin ba\u015fl\u0131ca kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda tesisat sistemleri, elektrik kablosu izolasyonu, PVC suni deri, PVC zemin kaplamalar\u0131 ve end\u00fcstriyel hortumlar yer al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polivinil klor\u00fcr, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u0131s\u0131l kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa sahip bir termoplastiktir. Bu nedenle, mekanik, termal ve kimyasal \u00f6zelliklerinin iyile\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in PVC katk\u0131 maddelerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunludur. Ham PVC y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda \u0131s\u0131l bozunmaya u\u011frar ve HCl gaz\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r. Bu sebeple PVC; PVC \u0131s\u0131 stabilizat\u00f6rleri, ya\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar, dolgu maddeleri, PVC darbe dayan\u0131m artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, pigmentler ve plastikle\u015ftiriciler ile modifiye edilir. Bu katk\u0131lar, PVC kompaund \u00fcretiminde kritik bir role sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PVC re\u00e7ineleri, molek\u00fcl a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve polimerizasyon derecesini g\u00f6steren K de\u011feri (K-Value) esas al\u0131narak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. K=57 de\u011ferine sahip PVC, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck molek\u00fcl a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olup ambalaj filmleri, \u015fi\u015firme levhalar ve enjeksiyon par\u00e7alar\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r. K de\u011feri 70\u201375 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olan PVC ise daha y\u00fcksek mekanik dayan\u0131m sunar ve PVC borular, yap\u0131 profilleri, elektrik kablolar\u0131 ve end\u00fcstriyel zemin kaplamalar\u0131nda tercih edilir. Em\u00fclsiyon PVC ise PVC plastisol veya PVC lateks formunda; kaplamalar, \u00e7ok katmanl\u0131 filmler ve ak\u00fc end\u00fcstrisinde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Malzemeler ve Y\u00f6ntemler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pishrochem.com\/tr\/product\/111\/Suspension-PVC-S-7059\">PVC Kuru Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m (Dry Blend)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PVC kuru kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m (Dry Blend) y\u00f6nteminde, y\u00fcksek devirli mikserler kullan\u0131larak PVC re\u00e7inesi ve polimer katk\u0131 maddeleri homojen bir \u015fekilde kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6ntem, PVC kompaund \u00fcretiminde yayg\u0131n olarak uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.2. Ekstr\u00fcder ile Kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PVC ekstr\u00fczyon prosesinde, hammaddeler ekstr\u00fcdere beslenir, eritilir ve so\u011futma i\u015fleminden sonra gran\u00fcl PVC haline getirilir. Elde edilen PVC gran\u00fclleri, enjeksiyon kal\u0131plama ve \u015fi\u015firme kal\u0131plama gibi sonraki \u00fcretim a\u015famalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PVC Katk\u0131 Maddeleri (Polivinil Klor\u00fcr (PVC) Katk\u0131lar\u0131 ve Kullan\u0131m Alanlar\u0131)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. PVC Plastikle\u015ftricileri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plastikle\u015ftiriciler, yumu\u015fak PVC i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli katk\u0131 maddeleridir. PVC\u2019ye plastikle\u015ftirici ilavesi; esnekli\u011fi art\u0131r\u0131r, sertli\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr ve i\u015flenebilirli\u011fi iyile\u015ftirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1.1. Birincil Plastikle\u015ftriciler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DOP gibi birincil PVC plastikle\u015ftiricileri, PVC re\u00e7inesi ile y\u00fcksek uyumluluk g\u00f6sterir ve hortum, kablo ve t\u0131bbi PVC \u00fcr\u00fcnleri gibi \u00e7ok yumu\u015fak uygulamalarda kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1.2. \u0130kincil Plastikle\u015ftriciler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klorlu parafin mumu (CPW) gibi ikincil plastikle\u015ftiriciler, daha \u00e7ok PVC kompaund maliyetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve PVC form\u00fclasyonlar\u0131nda ekonomik avantaj sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1.3. T\u0131bbi PVC i\u00e7in Plastikle\u015ftriciler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u0131bbi uygulamalarda DOP, TOTM, BTHC ve DnDP gibi t\u0131bbi PVC plastikle\u015ftiricileri; kan torbalar\u0131, serum setleri ve t\u0131bbi PVC hortumlar\u0131n \u00fcretiminde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2. PVC Stabilizat\u00f6rleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PVC \u0131s\u0131 stabilizat\u00f6rleri ve PVC UV stabilizat\u00f6rleri, polivinil klor\u00fcr\u00fcn termal ve \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 bozunmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3. PVC Dolgu Maddeleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalsiyum karbonat, titanyum dioksit (TiO\u2082), talk ve nano dolgu maddeleri gibi PVC dolgular\u0131; maliyet d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme ve mekanik \u00f6zellikleri iyile\u015ftirme amac\u0131yla tercih edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.4. PVC Darbe Dayan\u0131m Artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABS ve CPE gibi PVC darbe dayan\u0131m artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar, sert PVC \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin darbe mukavemetini art\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.5.
