Endokrin bozucu bile\u015fenler, hormonlar\u0131n do\u011fal i\u015fleyi\u015fini de\u011fi\u015ftiren do\u011fal ve sentetik maddeleri i\u00e7erir. Fitalatlar, plastiklere yumu\u015fakl\u0131k ve esneklik kazand\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla eklenen kimyasal maddelerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fitalat Nedir ve \u0130nsan Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Nas\u0131l Tehdit Eder?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fitalatlar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pishrochem.com\/tr\/product\/21\/Ftalat-i%C3%A7ermeyen-PVC-plastikle%C5%9Ftirici\">plastik <\/a>yap\u0131ya s\u0131k\u0131ca ba\u011fl\u0131 olmad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in zamanla suya veya g\u0131daya s\u0131zabilirler. DEHP, DBP ve BBP gibi baz\u0131 t\u00fcrleri en \u00e7ok bilinen ve zararl\u0131 olanlard\u0131r. Fitalatlara maruz kalmak; meme kanseri, \u00fcreme sistemi bozukluklar\u0131, obezite ve \u00fcreme h\u00fccrelerinin olgunla\u015fmas\u0131yla ilgili enzimlerin i\u015flevinde azalmaya neden olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0130ran Pazar\u0131 \u00d6rne\u011finde Plastik \u015ei\u015feler ve Is\u0131 Sorunu<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u0130ran&#8217;da PET \u015fi\u015feler, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetleri ve kolay eri\u015filebilirlikleri nedeniyle su ve i\u00e7ecek paketlemede yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u015ei\u015felerin do\u011frudan g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve ortam \u0131s\u0131s\u0131na maruz kalmas\u0131, i\u00e7indeki s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rarak fitalatlar\u0131n i\u00e7ece\u011fe ge\u00e7me olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fitalat migrasyon miktar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen bir\u00e7ok fakt\u00f6r vard\u0131r. Y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k, i\u00e7ecekle uzun s\u00fcreli temas, \u015fi\u015fe i\u00e7indeki s\u0131v\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcr\u00fc ve kimyasal bile\u015fimi ile plastik \u015fi\u015felerin yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 bu fakt\u00f6rlerin en \u00f6nemlileridir. Asidik ve ya\u011fl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler, fitalatlar\u0131n benzer kimyasal ortamlarda daha iyi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnmesi nedeniyle migrasyonu h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tek fakt\u00f6r olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, nispeten serin ko\u015fullarda bile uzun s\u00fcreli depolaman\u0131n fitalatlar\u0131n i\u00e7ece\u011fe yava\u015f\u00e7a s\u0131zmas\u0131na neden olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Ayr\u0131ca baz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, katk\u0131 maddesi ve \u015feker oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek i\u00e7eceklerin fitalat migrasyonunu h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Laboratuvar Bulgular\u0131: \u00dcr\u00fcn Gruplar\u0131na G\u00f6re Fitalat Konsantrasyon Analizi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>PET \u015fi\u015felerde paketlenmi\u015f i\u00e7eceklerdeki fitalat miktar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemek amac\u0131yla d\u00fcnya genelinde bir\u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, fitalat miktar\u0131n\u0131n saklama ko\u015fullar\u0131na ve \u015fi\u015felerin yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tablo 1. Ger\u00e7ek ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda bu bile\u015fenler g\u0131da veya i\u00e7eceklere daha fazla s\u0131zar. Ayr\u0131ca PET \u015fi\u015fe ile i\u00e7erik aras\u0131ndaki temas s\u00fcresi kimyasal migrasyonda kritik rol oynar. Depolama s\u00fcresi k\u0131sa tutulmal\u0131, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve sat\u0131\u015f y\u00f6ntemleri \u015fi\u015felerin uzun s\u00fcre depolanmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyecek \u015fekilde planlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00f6zellikle asidik veya ya\u011fl\u0131 s\u0131v\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u015fi\u015felerin yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca t\u00fcketicilerin, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n ve sat\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n do\u011fru saklama ve kullan\u0131m y\u00f6ntemleri konusunda e\u011fitilmesi ve bilgilendirilmesi gereklidir.
