TNPP antioxidant chemically known as Tris (Nonylphenyl) Phosphite is a high purity liquid phosphite antioxidant and stabilizer with good resistance to hydrolysis and excellent thermal stability. This product is widely used in plastics rubber and elastomer industries to protect polymers against thermal and oxidative degradation. Due to its low volatility excellent compatibility with various polymers and non-discoloring behavior especially in white and light-colored products TNPP is considered one of the most widely used processing stabilizers.

This product improves color stability and processing performance during recycling drying compounding processing and final application stages. TNPP prevents gel formation viscosity increase yellowing and thermal degradation of polymers while increasing their resistance to heat and oxidation. When used together with hindered phenolic antioxidants it shows a strong synergistic effect and significantly improves the overall performance of stabilizer systems.

TNPP antioxidant is used in a wide range of polymers and elastomers such as PVC,HDPE,LLDPE polypropylene polystyrene ABS,SBR,NBR,SBS,TPR latex unsaturated resins epoxy resins polyesters polyurethane PUR coatings adhesives and lubricants. Due to its non discoloring nature it is especially suitable for white and light colored products and is widely used in packaging automotive construction rubber plastics and food contact related applications.
